A fantastic mechanism included in the Spiceworks Desktop app is the Help Desk. Installing the Spiceworks Help Desk background application on a dedicated machine, performing some construction, and having buyers register tickets are all that are required to get started.
The app is then used to process reservations. Spiceworks manages internet alerts, among other things. However, the application allows you to operate reports pertaining to reservations.
Surrender of Tickets:
- via the admin’s’s Ui for the Help Desk.
- from the finish user via the person portal.
- via a user’s’s email address.

You can access the cards within Help Desk once they have been created. Tickets can be filtered using the parameters you’ve’ve selected to make the task simpler. When you need to observe reservations for specific technicians, this is useful.
You can keeping your users updated on reservations they’ve’ve submitted using the Spiceworks Help Desk. Find prominent problems that frequently arise. You you ascribe reservations to various technicians and record your function for future use.
